2. What data does tS-X process?

tS-X processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data yourself (for example via email). tS-X processes the following data:

First and last name
Company name
Address details (for invoicing)
Phone number and email address
Bank account number (after engagement)

3. Purpose

tS-X processes this data exclusively for:

Processing your payments.
Contact to carry out the agreed services.
Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax retention requirements.

Processing takes place on the basis of ‘Performance of the contract’ or ‘Legal obligation’.

4. How long does tS-X retain data?

tS-X does not retain your data longer than strictly necessary. For invoicing data, tS-X applies the statutory retention period (7 years). Contact details of potential clients that do not lead to an engagement are removed after 1 year.

tS-X does not sell your data to third parties and only shares data when necessary for the performance of the agreement (for example, domain registration in your name) or to comply with a legal obligation.

The tS-X website (ts-x.ie) is a static website. tS-X does not use tracking cookies, pixels or other forms of automated profiling. Your visit to this website is completely anonymous.
