Subprocessors

To provide its services — hosting, managing and maintaining websites and associated functionalities — tS-X engages a limited number of subprocessors. These are parties that process personal data on behalf of tS-X relating to visitors and relations of our clients.
This page belongs to the Data Processing Agreement included as Schedule 1 of the terms and conditions of tS-X. Changes to this set of subprocessors follow the procedure in that Data Processing Agreement (Article 6): tS-X announces an intended addition or replacement in advance by email, after which the client has 14 days to object on data protection grounds.

Notes
- This lists only parties with which tS-X has the contractual relationship and which tS-X engages to deliver its service. The individual underlying products of a subprocessor (for example the separate services within AWS or Cloudflare) are not listed separately; they fall under the same party and data processing agreement.
- Services that are in the client’s own name — for example an own payment service (such as Stripe or Mollie), booking system or email/office environment — are not a subprocessor of tS-X, but a processor of the client itself. These do not belong in this overview, even where tS-X has access to them as administrator. Payment data is processed by the payment service provider via the client’s own account; tS-X has no access to it.
- Source code hosting (GitHub) and tS-X’s own office/email environment do not process personal data of visitors on behalf of the client and are therefore not a subprocessor within the meaning of the Data Processing Agreement.
